organic cotton fabrics with a focus on sustainability certifications. Their key objective was to
stand out in the competitive eco-textile market.
We developed an initial lot of 1,500 meters, combining certified organic cotton with subtle
handwoven textures. The response was immediate—retailers highlighted the uniqueness of the
product, and the wholesaler achieved higher-than-expected margins.
Quarter after quarter, they scaled orders by 20%, introducing newer blends and weaving
patterns. Today, this partnership has positioned them as a recognized supplier of premium
